1. Prepare

Before the assessment, we send you a short questionnaire to understand your business, systems, relevant teams, current use of AI and main operational concerns.

This helps us spend the discovery session discussing the areas that matter rather than collecting basic information.

2. Understand the Work

During the assessment, we explore:

• where employees spend significant time;

• what work is repetitive;

• where information gets stuck;

• where mistakes commonly happen;

• which processes require manual checking or copying;

• which systems are involved;

• how frequently the process happens;

• who owns the process; and

• what a successful improvement would look like.

3. Identify Opportunities

Not every process should be automated.
