Neurom8 corporate training programmes are available in two standard formats, allowing organisations to choose the level of depth that best suits their team and training needs.

Core Programme - 7 Hours

A focused one-day programme covering the essential knowledge, practical skills and workplace applications of the topic.

Designed for organisations that want employees to develop a strong practical foundation within a single training day.

Pricing:

• 10 participants - €1,400

• 12 participants - €1,680

• 14 participants - €1,960

• 16 participants - €2,240

Extended Programme - 14 Hours

A more comprehensive two-day programme that explores the subject in greater depth and provides additional time for practical exercises, workplace scenarios, guided application and more advanced use of the techniques covered.

Designed for organisations that want employees to develop deeper capability and spend more time applying what they learn to realistic work situations.

Custom Programme - Designed for Your Organisation (Minimum participants: 5)

For organisations with a specific training need that is not fully covered by one of our standard programmes, Neurom8 can design a bespoke AI training programme around your employees, business processes and objectives.

Custom programmes may focus on specific roles or departments, company processes, AI use cases, internal tools, industry-specific scenarios, responsible AI use, or a combination of training needs across the organisation.

Indicative pricing:

• 7-hour Custom Programme - from €210 per participant

• 14-hour Custom Programme - from €350 per participant

• More complex or multi-session programmes - quoted individually

All programmes are delivered on a mono-company basis, allowing the training to focus on the needs, roles and working context of one organisation.

HRDA Funding in Cyprus

For eligible employers in Cyprus, training programmes may qualify for support through the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA / ΑνΑΔ).

Funding is not automatic and depends on the programme, employer, participants, applicable scheme requirements and HRDA approval.

Neurom8's commercial fee and any eventual HRDA grant should therefore be treated separately.

Why It Matters

For organisations operating in the EU, AI literacy is also increasingly important from a governance perspective. Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires providers and deployers of AI systems to take measures to support the development of AI literacy among relevant staff and other people dealing with the operation and use of AI systems on their behalf.
