What Does “All Inclusive” Mean?

Your monthly fee includes the technology required to operate the supported solution within the agreed capacity of your package.

You are not charged every time an automation runs or an AI model processes something.

Normal fluctuations in usage are included.

If usage grows consistently beyond your package capacity, we discuss the options with you first. We may optimise the solution, recommend a higher package or agree a tailored service.

Your price does not change without prior agreement.

What Counts as a Minor Improvement?

Included improvement time can be used for small changes such as:

• adjusting workflow rules;

• changing notifications;

• modifying prompts;

• adjusting approval steps;

• changing fields or outputs;

• small integration changes; or

• troubleshooting operational issues.

It does not cover completely new solutions, major redesigns or substantial new functionality.

Unused improvement time does not roll over.

How It Works

1. Understand

We review the process, systems, people involved and the outcome you want to achieve.

If the opportunity has already been identified through AI Opportunity Discovery, we build from that work.

2. Scope

Before development begins, we agree:

• what the solution will do;

• which systems it will connect to;

• what is included;

• expected usage;

• implementation pricing; and

• the appropriate Managed Service package.

3. Build & Test

We design, integrate and test the solution against real business scenarios, including permissions, failures, exceptions and human approval points.

4. Launch

Every implementation includes a 30-day stabilisation and warranty period.

Implementation defects within the agreed scope are corrected without using your monthly improvement allowance.

5. Manage & Improve

After launch, Neurom8 continues monitoring, maintaining and improving the supported solution through your Managed Service.

You Stay in Control

Our aim is not to create unnecessary vendor lock-in.

Where practical, your data and existing business systems remain under your organisation's control, and appropriate documentation is maintained.

If you later end the Managed Service, the solution does not deliberately stop working.

Responsibility for operating, maintaining and funding the underlying technology simply transfers to your organisation.

What Is Not Included?

Packages do not include:

• unlimited development or support;

• new solutions outside the agreed scope;

• major redesigns;

• usage materially beyond package capacity;

• integrations beyond package limits;

• 24/7 emergency support;

• cybersecurity monitoring; or

• legal, accounting or regulatory advice.

Anything outside scope is discussed and agreed before additional work begins.

Human Oversight Matters

AI should not replace human judgement where consequences are significant.

Where appropriate, solutions include approval steps, review points, access controls and clear limits on what AI is allowed to do automatically.
